Kids are prone to exaggerating things. When a bad boy steals a springy ball from our little protagonist, they can’t close their eyes all night! When sleep finally overcomes worries, they find a narrow passage to crawl into dreams. This results in weird nightmares where the ball jumps away from its owner, and they solve creepy puzzles to make it theirs again.
Unpleasant dreams return two more times. The plush bunny and the dog disappear on their own and, however, make the kiddo upset. The only chance to return the toy and the pet is the trip to another dimension crowded with greedy monsters.
Don’t be tricked by the title. Happy Game is not a relaxing journey to soothe your nerves but a symbolic thriller with a deep meaning.
